Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Refunds

Digital products have limited refund eligibility after successful delivery. Once access details are delivered and working, refunds may not be available.

2. Replacement-First Policy

Our primary support method is replacement. If a product stops working during the warranty period, we will attempt to repair or replace the access before considering a refund.

3. Warranty-Based Support

All eligible products include warranty support during the selected access period. Contact support if access stops working during this period.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Working digital products that have been successfully delivered and used are generally non-refundable. License keys that have been activated are non-refundable.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if: the product cannot be delivered, the product cannot be replaced after multiple attempts, or there is a verified service failure on our end.

6. Customer Misuse

Customer misuse (changing account settings, sharing access, violating usage rules) voids warranty and refund eligibility.
